APL 8-Ball "Yearly" Vegas Qualifier Tournament

The APL held their 8-Ball "Yearly" Vegas Qualifier Tournament at Tacony Billiard Club on March 6-7-8, 2009.  We had 3 boards with 17  teams on each board.  The winner of each board received $4,500.00, trophies and team entry fee paid into the BCAPL National 8-ball tournament at the Riviera Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas in May.

Board #1 Champions - daShizznitz - Philadelphia - Captain Shawn "Shz" Davis, other team members include: Ray Hayward, Edward Johnson, Romont Harris, Earnest Hargust, Rodney Williams, Anthony Wilson, and Michelle Sanchez.

Board #2 Champions - Shelly's Sharks - Norristown -Captain Shelly Wilhelm, other members include: Greg Leflar, Benje Crigamire, Rudy Wilhelm, Jr., Paul Waldspurger, Herman Helbling, Christopher Schmidt, and Harold Turk.

Board #3 Champions - Top Guns - Philadelphia - Captain Joseph Middlebrooks, Jr., other members include: Stan Stein, Samuel Holmes, Robert "Dean" Wilson, Dwayne Lewis, Rasheed Newton, Leonard Ferguson, and Ameen McIvor.

Champions -daShizznitz Board #1 winners - $4,500.00, trophies and team entry fee paid into the BCAPL 8-ball National Tournament at the Riviera Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas in May 2009.
