APL 9-Ball "End of Session" Vegas Qualifier Tournament

The APL held their 9-Ball "End of Session" Vegas Qualifier Tournament at Tacony Billiard Club on August 14-15, 2010.  We had 15 teams in the tournament with a total prize fund of $3,000.00..  When it was all over Moon Rakers from the Full Moon Cafe in Philadelphia beat out Markley U out of the Peanut Gallery in Norristown in a race to 1 sudden death match for 1st and 2nd place.  Both teams were given qualifications for the 8-ball BCAPL National tournament at the Riviera Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas next May 2011.

Champions -Moon Rakers- Philadelphia -Captain Ed Grabon, other members include: Jim Kantner, Dennis Elmer, Bob Hoffman,   Tom Rajkowski, Donald "BD" Allen and Dave Callsen

2nd Place - Markley U- Norristown -Christian McIntyre, other members include: Jackill Lee, Matthew LoMastro, Mark Zajko, Jonathan Gentle, Lauren Fries, and Danielle Fugelo

Champions Moonrakers 1st place $2,000.00, trophies and Vegas Qualifier into any BCAPL National Tournament	2nd Place Markley U 2nd place $1,000.00, trophies and Vegas Qualifier into any BCAPL National Tournament
