APL 8-Ball Regional Tournament

The APL held their 8-Ball Regional Cash Tournament at Tacony Billiard Club on October 26-27-28. It was great pool from start to finish.  We had 41 teams in the tournament with 66% of the matches going 3-2.  When it was all over "Tacony" from Philadelphia beat a tough "Moose" team from Pottstown 3-1 for the victory.  Appeteazers (Lori) from Coatesville beat the "Nightmares" 3-2 from Philadelphia to take 3rd place.The payout was $8,200.00 going to the first 4 place teams.

Tacony -Philadelphia - Captain Jeff Horvath, other team members include: Dawn Hildrich, Robert Perry, Mary Horvath, Rich Cortez, Lewis Thomas, George Weissman, and Rick Horvath.

Moose -Pottstown -Captain Brad Boughter, other members include: Cindy Boughter, Frank Boughter, Ray Styer, Dale Rogers, Dennis Delp, Tim Walker, James Frymoyer.

Appeteazers (Lori) - Coatesville - Captain Lori Poole, other members include: Tammy Clarke, Edith Samuels-Wright, Michele Ferguson, Bill Poole, Sr., Bill Poole, Jr., Al Muccilli, Joseph Giumento.

Nightmares - Philadelphia - Captain Jay Veney, other members include: Roberta Cha, Kaleem Stevenson, Charles Spencer, Samuel Holmes, Eric Billups, Robert Wells, Robert Aycox, Jr.
